We offer you ways to relax and relieve stress. Did we mention our exclusive café restaurant on site with convenience store and additional quiet, study lofts?

On-site 24 Hour Staff
Though our office hours end at 6:00pm, we are here 24/7 to help your student with anything they need. We have a Residence Life Community Assistant, Security and Maintenance on call anytime of the day. You can rest assured we’ll be here to address maintenance requests as soon as possible. A comfortable, safe living environment for our residents is our top priority.
Here at Collegiate Village, you and your student are only responsible for your own account here. Assuming the rental responsibilities of roommates or other residents are not part of your liability, which is a huge advantage over most apartments and rental properties. Student dynamics can change at any time, we ensure that individual leases allows residents control over their own accounts and no one else’s.
We do offer roommate matching. If your son or daughter would like to live in an apartment with multiple rooms and does not have a roommate in mind, we can do the work for them! We match residents with roommates based on social and study habits expressed on the roommate questionnaire form that every applicant is required to complete. If your student has a roommate in mind, we offer an additional incentive in the form of a rent credit as a part of our “Find Your Own Roommate” program. Their potential roommate must complete the same application process and sign an individual lease agreement. Rental Rates are based per person, per room.
